LayersClipboardFormat theLayersClipboardFormat = (LayersClipboardFormat) obj;

Construct a LayersClipboardFormat using a reference to such an object returned from ArcGIS Engine or Server. This is semantically equivalent to casting obj to LayersClipboardFormat.
