Coordinate widget

This page describes an older version, please read about the latest version at:
http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/flex-viewer/concepts/

The Coordinate widget is a simple widget that enables x,y coordinate values to appear in the Viewer UI, as the cursor moves to different locations in the map display. The coordinate values change dynamically as the cursor moves and are displayed underneath the map scalebar (default configuration). The coordinate values are based on the spatial reference of the first basemap loaded into the Viewer.

Since the coordinate widget is intended to be part of the Viewer UI, its <widget> tag would be referenced as an independent widget in the Viewer application configuration file, and not within a widget container.

Test drive the Coordinate widget or read its tag reference.
