Remarks
The functionalities used by the Toc are derived from the associated Map specified by the BuddyControl property. These functionalities must be initialized before they can be used. Initializing a functionality involves connecting to the map service used by the map resource, retrieving information and populating objects and properties for the data source.
Functionalities are not necessary initialized on each postback or callback. You should initialize a functionality before using it.
