Parameters:

clsid - A Structure: com.esri.arcgis.support.ms.stdole.GUID (in)

Returns:

A reference to another Object (IUnknown)

Throws:

IOException - If there are interop problems.

AutomationException - If the ArcObject component throws an exception.
