Convert message geometry column to GML structured string.

Parameters:

piDataMsg - A reference to a com.esri.arcgis.trackinganalyst.IDataMessage (in)

nColumnNum - The nColumnNum (in)

enumType - A com.esri.arcgis.trackinganalyst.enumColumnType constant (in)

IOException - If there are interop problems.

AutomationException - If the ArcObject component throws an exception.
