Provides access to the set of changed IDs for a class.

Remarks

The IDataChangesInfo interface provides a property that returns the IDs of each changed row.

A reference to a com.esri.arcgis.geodatabase.IFIDSet

AutomationException - If the ArcObject component throws an exception.
