public class XYEventSourceName
A name object that defines the objects needed to create an XY event layer.
The XYEventSourceName class is used to persist and create new XYEventSource objects. You must use an XYEventSourceName to create an XYEventSource. The IXYEventSourceName interface defines the properties that must be set.

If a spatial reference is not specified, the XY event source will have either an unknown or an assumed geographic coordinate system.
