A toolbar with common scene control tools.

Description

The CLSID of this toolbar is: {CC255490-E1CF-4205-9577-96CD9D680268}.

This toolbar works with the ToolbarControl, SceneControl and ArcScene.

This toolbar requires a 3DAnalyst extension. Any ArcGIS Engine application using this toolbar must check out a 3DAnalyst extension using either the LicenseControl or the AoInitialize object.
