A toolbar with tools to spin or rotate globe.

Description

The CLSID of this toolbar is: {A713EC65-5829-486F-B257-187F98066F1A}.

This toolbar works with the ToolbarControl, GlobeControl and ArcGlobe.

This toolbar requires a 3DAnalyst extension. Any ArcGIS Engine application using this toolbar must check out a 3DAnalyst extension using either the LicenseControl or the AoInitialize object.
