Retrieves the traffic speed ratio and traffic support status for the specified direction of the current element id.

Parameters:

direction - A com.esri.arcgis.geodatabase.esriNetworkEdgeDirection constant (in)

supportsTraffic - The supportsTraffic (out: use single element array)

supportsRealTimeValue - The supportsRealTimeValue (out: use single element array)

hasRealTimeValue - The hasRealTimeValue (out: use single element array)

attributeValueRatio - The attributeValueRatio (out: use single element array)

Throws:

IOException - If there are interop problems.

AutomationException - If the ArcObject component throws an exception.
