pMap - A reference to a com.esri.arcgis.carto.IMap (in)

IOException - If there are interop problems.

AutomationException - If the ArcObject component throws an exception.

setNewIndex

void setNewIndex(int rhs1)
                 throws IOException,
                        AutomationException

Information regarding where the the layer needs to be moved. Destination group is NULL if the layer is bing moved to into a map.
