When the dynamic display is enabled, the focus is on non-static data, which changes regularly and requires dynamic display capabilities. However, not all of the displayed data is necessarily dynamic. Static (or non-dynamic) layers, which never or rarely change, are also displayed. The topics in this section focus on optimizing your static data.
