INASolverSettings.ImpedanceAttributeName Property

The network attribute name to be used as the impedance attribute in analysis.

Parameters

AttributeName [out, retval]   AttributeName is a parameter of type BSTR AttributeName [in]   AttributeName is a parameter of type BSTR

Product Availability

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server. Requires Network Analyst Extension.

Remarks

ImpedanceAttributeName specifies the attribute that the solver minimizes or otherwise uses to solve. For example the route solver may use drivetime as the impedance attribute to minimize in finding the shortest path.
