Adding a submenu to a custom toolbar
Steps:
- Create or open an applet or default configuration file containing at least one toolbar.
- Click the Toolbars button .
The Toolbars dialog box appears.
- Click the toolbar to which you want to add a submenu, then click the Edit button.
The Toolbar dialog box appears.
- Click the tool to which you want to add a submenu.
If the tool does not exist on the toolbar yet, add it now (see Adding and removing a tool on a custom toolbar).

Click the Edit button.
The Tool Properties dialog box appears.
- On the Sub Menu page, add a default or custom tool.
- Click OK.
- Repeat steps 4-7 to add other submenus to the toolbar.
- Click OK in the Toolbar dialog box.
- Click OK in the Toolbars dialog box.
Removing a submenu from a custom toolbar
Steps:
- Create or open an applet or default configuration file containing at least one toolbar.
- Click the Toolbars button .
The Toolbars dialog box appears.
- Click the toolbar from which you want to remove a submenu, then click the Edit button.
The Toolbar dialog box appears.
- Click the tool containing the submenu you want to delete, then click the Edit button.
The Tool Properties dialog box appears.
- On the Sub Menu page, click the first tool in the list, then click the Remove button. Repeat this step (clicking subsequent tools) until all tools on the submenu have been removed.
- Click OK.
- Click OK in the Toolbar dialog box.
- Click OK in the Toolbars dialog box.
