Open a favorite map

When you come across a map you'd like to save for future use, you can add the map to your favorites. This adds the map to your list of favorites for your current connection. To open that map from the favorites list, take the following steps:

Your favorite maps are listed on a connection-by-connection basis. If you're connected to one online geographic information system (GIS), add a favorite map, then connect to a second GIS and add a favorite map, your list of favorite maps will only reflect those added from the currently-connected GIS, not from all the connections you've used.

Steps:

1. Go to the Map Hub.
2. Swipe to the maps panel if you're not already there.
3. Tap favorites.

   The favorites page displays.

4. Tap the thumbnail of a map to open it, or tap the description to view the details of the map.
