Inserts a copy of the coordinate collection as a part at the specific index.

Syntax

Parameters

partIndex
part

Exceptions

ArgumentExceptionif part contains less than 4 coordinates

Remarks

If the coordinates are in clockwise order, the input coordinatecollection will be inserted as a Shell, otherwise as a Hole.

This function closes part the ring if not closed.
