000527 : The option to Populate Attribute Fields cannot be performed on a versioned feature class.

Description

The input annotation feature class is versioned. Versioned annotation feature classes can be updated to the 9.x annotation model and will have the additional fields added, but these fields cannot be populated with the text attributes.

Solution

When using Update Annotation Feature Class, disable the option to populate attribute fields, or reconcile and post the data and then unregister the data as versioned.
