Selecting rasters using the image service attribute table interactively

LegacyLegacy:

ArcGIS 10 is the last release of the stand-alone ArcGIS Image Server product. The image service definition (.ISDef) has been replaced by an improved geodatabase data model—the mosaic dataset—which can be published as an image service using the ArcGIS Server Image extension.

You can interactively select records in the attribute table, or you can select all the records by clicking the Options button at the bottom of the table and clicking Select All.

Steps:
  1. Right-click the image service definition group name in the table of contents and click Open Service Table.
  2. Click the leftmost (gray) column in the table adjacent to the record you want to select.

To select consecutive records, you can

    • Click and drag the mouse.
    • Press and hold the CTRL key while clicking additional records.
    • Press and hold the SHIFT key to select a range of records.

  3. To unselect some selected records, you can

    • Click the Selected button.
    • Click the column button to select the records you want removed from the selection.
    • Right-click the column button of the highlighted records and click Unselect highlighted.
