无法连接到许可管理器

如果 ArcGIS 软件无法连接到许可管理器上，在最终用户计算机上，可能会显示以下消息：

The server (lmgrd) has not been started yet, or the wrong port@host or license file is being used, or the port or hostname in the license file has been changed. Feature: ARC/INFO Server Name: server1 License Path @server1 FLEXlm Error: -15, 10. System Error: 10061"WinSock: Connection refused." There are two variations of this error.

错误 2

FLEXlm Error: -15, 29. System Error: 10061"Winsock: Connection refused."

原因

ArcGIS 许可管理器未运行。这可能是由多种原因导致的。请检查许可管理器的状态，如有必要重新许可服务。有关错误的详细信息，请查看调试日志文件。
