Showing the legend for a layer

In the table of contents, the legend appears below the name of the layer and displays the symbol used to represent each subtype in the map. With Production Mapping, you can choose to show or hide this information based on the selected layer type. Showing the legend expands the layer information in the table of contents so the legend information is visible.

  2. If necessary, load data in the map.
  3. On the main menu, click Customize > Toolbars > Production TOC Manager.
  4. If necessary, click the drop-down arrow on the Production TOC Manager toolbar and choose a layer group.
