080047 : Failed to get feature from customer feature class

説明

Used in: Assign by Closest Store Location and Assign by Trade Area. Couldn't open customer feature class for writing. The file is locked by another application that's reading from it or writing to it.

解決策

Close all applications outside of ArcGIS for Desktop Basic that area accessing the customer file used for input in this tool.
