In order for the Desire Lines to run correctly you first have assigned customers to stores in order for the tool know where to calculate the desire lines.

解決策

You must assign customers to stores from one of four tools. You can use one of these four Business Analyst geoprocessing tools: Assign by Closest Store Location, Assign by Trade Area, Assign Customers by ID, or Assign customers by SOLAP data.
