About the Add Data Wizard parameters

To add additional data to an existing image service definition, you can use the Add Data Wizard. This wizard can be used to add raster data, optimize the image service definition, enhance the imagery or visualize the elevation data, and compile the service. The Add Data Wizard is displayed when you click Image Service and click Add Data on the Image Service Definition Editor toolbar.

If you have opened a color or panchromatic service, the wizard panels that appear are the same as those in the New Image Service Wizard.

If you have opened an elevation service, the rest of the wizard panels will appear in the same order as those in the New Image Service Wizard.
