Appending soundings to existing groups

The Append Soundings tool is used to add new or updated soundings to existing sounding groups. In S-57, sounding depths are grouped based on commonly coded attributes, with the exception of DEPTH, as a means of saving space. While in an ArcMap edit session, the Append Soundings tool is used to maintain existing S-57 sounding groups.
