Sorting Reviewer table columns

The Reviewer table provides several options for sorting records. You can group records based on one or more fields as well as sort columns in descending or ascending order.

Example of grouping records

You can click the column headers to sort them in ascending or descending order. This functionality can also be applied when the records are grouped according to specific fields. In the example above, the records are grouped according to several different columns, and the columns are in ascending order.

Pasos:
  1. Start ArcMap.

    If the ArcMap - Getting Started dialog box appears, you can open a new or existing map document. You can also check the Do not show this dialog box in the future check box and click Open.

  2. On the main menu, click Customize > Toolbars > Data Reviewer.
  3. Start a Reviewer session.
  4. Click the Reviewer Table button Reviewer Table on the Data Reviewer toolbar.
  5. Click the column header to be used for sorting.

    Records appear in ascending alphabetical or numerical order.

  6. Click the column header again.

    Records appear in descending alphabetical or numerical order.
