Adding and sorting table fields for data items
You can add and sort table fields from data items that have satisfied the filters defined on the Data Filters dialog box.
Pasos:
- Verify that you are in layout view if necessary.

Right-click the graphic table element and choose Properties.
The Table Properties dialog box appears.

If necessary, click the Data Source tab.
The Data Source tab appears.

Click Data Items on the Data Source dialog box.
The Data Items dialog box appears.
- Click Operations.
The Operations Order dialog box appears.
- From the list of operations in the Available Operations area, click SORTING.
- Click the
Move button.
The SORTING option is added in the Operations Order area.
- Click OK.
The Data Items dialog box appears, and the Sort Options button is enabled.

Click Sort Options.
The Sort Options dialog box appears.
