ST_Geometry
Definición
ST_Geometry es una función del descriptor de acceso que construye una geometría a partir de la representación de texto conocido.
Cuando crea tablas espaciales que se utilizará con ArcGIS, es mejor crear la columna como ST_Geometry en vez de especificar un subtipo de ST_Geometry, como ST_LineString.
