Installing ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server

Performing a typical installation

Prerequisite:

• Close all applications on your computer.
• Verify that your computer meets the system requirements.
• Insert the ArcGIS Workflow Manager media.

The ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server setup has four optional components that are installed.

Steps:

1. Execute ESRI.exe on your DVD and select ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server Install from the list of products. If you have downloaded the file from the ESRI site, execute the ESRI.exe from the location where you extracted the contents of the download.

   The Workflow Manager startup dialog box presents the welcome screen.

2. Click Next.

   The License Acceptance dialog box appears.

3. Read the license agreement and choose to accept the terms, then click Next.

   The User Information dialog box appears.

4. Enter the information and click Next.
5. Choose the location to which you want ArcGIS Workflow Manager installed and click Next.

   You are presented with a dialog box detailing the features that will be installed and the disk requirements for each.

6. Click Next.
7. Click Finish to exit the installation once it is completed successfully.
Note:

There is a FLEX sample viewer that is installed at "Workflow Manager Install location\Sample Viewers". The readme.txt file contains steps that guide you with deploying the viewer.
