ArcGIS Workflow Manager Install Guide

Minimum System Requirements—Desktop

Your computer must meet these minimum system requirements to install Workflow Manager Desktop.

Processor	Pentium 1 GHz
Operating System	Microsoft XP Home Edition with Service Pack (SP) 3 or higher Microsoft XP Professional Edition with Service Pack 3 or higher Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Microsoft Windows Server 2008 Microsoft Vista Microsoft Windows 7
RAM	512 MB minimum Note: If you are using ArcSDE Personal Edition for Microsoft SQL Server Express, 2 GB is required.
.NET Framework	Version 3.5 SP1
ArcGIS Desktop	ArcEditor/ArcInfo Version 10

Database Requirement

The Workflow Manager system requires an ArcSDE geodatabase to support the central jobs repository. Any of the RDBMS types supported by ArcSDE can be used.

Minimum System Requirements—Server

Your computer must meet these minimum system requirements to install Workflow Manager (WMX) Server.

Processor	Pentium 1 GHz
Operating System	Microsoft XP Home Edition with Service Pack 3 or higher Microsoft XP Professional Edition with Service Pack 3 or higher Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Microsoft Windows Server 2008 Microsoft Vista Microsoft Windows 7
RAM	512 MB or higher recommended 256 MB minimum
.NET Framework	Version 3.5 SP1
ArcGIS Server	Workflow Manager Server 10 will run on either the .NET or Java edition of ArcGIS Server. Standard or Advanced at a workgroup or enterprise level is required.
