Should you wish to remove ArcGIS Mapping for SharePoint from your SharePoint farm, you can do so easily with the Setup.exe program included with the product.  To uninstall:

1. Double-click the Setup.exe file to open it.
   
   
2. The installer will perform a series of checks to see whether ArcGIS Mapping for SharePoint has been installed and to ensure that the installer can perform its functions.  If a check fails, the installer will provide information about the failure.  Once the checks have completed successfuly, click Next.
   
   
3. Select the Remove option and click Next.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. The installer will retract ArcGIS Mapping for SharePoint from all site collections and remove it from the SharePoint farm.  Once the operation is complete, click Next to view a log of the operations or Close to close the setup program.
