This dialog contains the parameter settings that can be set for the ArcGIS Viewer for Flex application builder. There are 2 required parameters:

Web Server Base Folder

The default location of new applications created by the Builder.

Web Server Base Folder URL

The URL address to access the new applications.

In addition, there some optional advanced parameters which include:

Bing Maps Key

License key if you plan on using Bing data.

HTTP Proxy URL

When accessing data from a secure server or data hosted on another machine.

Geometry Service

Used by certain widgets for geometry operations.

ArcGIS Sharing URL

URL address to access ArcGIS Portal instances instead of ArcGIS.com.

Getting Started Pop-Ups

Checked means they will display (default), unchecked means they will not display.
