Splash widget

The Splash widget displays a splash screen during the startup of the ArcGIS Viewer for Flex application.

This is commonly used to introduce Viewer application end users to the ArcGIS Viewer for Flex, provide ancillary information such as: release version, which Web Mapping API it was created on, copyright information, and have end users agree to a license agreement and terms of use for the product.
