Use this property to specify the part of a geometry the FeatureSnapAgent should snap to. HitType must be set to one of the members of the esriGeometryHitPartType enumeration. Valid types are:       

esriGeometryPartBoundary
esriGeometryPartCentroid
esriGeometryPartEndpoint
esriGeometryPartMidpoint
esriGeometryPartNone
esriGeometryPartVertex
