How to run the Java Server ADF Samples?

There are two ways to run the Java Server ADF samples.

First is to use arcgisant build. Browse to the sample folder from command line, issue the command "arcgisant build" (no quote), follow the command prompt to enter the appropriate information. Upon build complete, there will be a build folder inside sample. In there you will find a war file and a folder for the sample that you can deploy to any application server.

Second way is to use Eclipse. From Eclipse, File - New - ESRI Templates, choose Web ADF Samples, pick a sample and follow the UI wizard to complete sample project.

Inside each sample folder, there is a ReadMe.htm, it has detailed instruction as how to build and run that sample.
