Appends a collection of RasterBands to the band collection.

  Bands is a parameter of type IRasterBandCollection

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server.

This method is only applicable to work with a Raster, not with a RasterDataset.
