Parameters

Text [out, retval]
  Text is a parameter of type BSTR
Text [in]
  Text is a parameter of type BSTR

Available with ArcGIS Engine, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Server.

Remarks

The Text property returns or sets the text string used displayed on the map.  Use this property to manipulate the string associated with the TextElement.
