Remarks
To maintain database integrity, some datasets will be included even if this property is set to True. In other cases, setting TableExcluded to True, will automatically exclude other objects. The following describes some of these cases:

All FeatureClasses in a GeometricNetwork or a Topology are always included. To prevent a a GeometricNetwork or a Topology from being included, the TableExcluded property must be set to True for all FeatureClasses.

If TableExcuded is set to True for a dataset that is involved in a RelationshipClass, the RelationshipClass is also excluded.
