Updating your user profile

Esri Redistricting Online contains a user profile for each user of the application that contains your full name (first/last name) and e-mail address.

Esri Redistricting Online displays both the user name and full name on features like plan information and group memebership. The user profile allows you to change the full name associated with your Esri Redistricting account to allow group members to easily identify you.

When you edit your profile, you can update your name, email address, and change your password.

Steps:

1. Access the User Profile dialog box using one of the following methods:
   • On the Share ribbon, click Edit Profile.
   • Next to the plan name (in the upper right corner of the application), click your user name.

   The User Profile dialog box opens. The first name, last name, and e-mail address are displayed.

2. Update the user profile as needed:
   • First name
   • Last name
   • Email address
   • Password
3. Click OK.

   The User Profile dialog box closes when the changes are saved successfully.

   Note:

   In the Esri Redistricting Online application, each user must have a unique first/last name combination. You may receive a warning message if another user of the same first/last name combination already exists in the database.
