Viewing the plan distribution

The plan distribution displays a pie chart of the population count across each district. You can modify the display to show specific demographics within each district.

Steps:

1. On the Review ribbon, click Plan Distribution.

   The Plan Distribution dialog box opens. A pie chart displays the total population by default. The plan distribution is divided into selected district captions (for example, districts, precincts, or territories).

2. Change the Select Demographic drop-down menu to a demographic.

   The Plan Distribution chart updates to reflect the demographic distribution by district.

3. Export an image of the chart by clicking Export (Optional).
4. Select the export image DPI:
   • 96
   • 150
   • 300

   The dots per inch (DPI), lets you define the resolution for the export image.

5. Select an export image file type:
   • JPG
   • PNG
6. Click OK.

   The Select location for download... dialog box appears.

7. Navigate to a location to store the export image.
8. Update the name for the export (Optional).
9. Click Save.

   The exported chart is saved to the image file in the output directory and format type defined above.
