Setting the default report logo
Using the OnSite Solution, you can mantain a personal library of logos to be used on reports when generating report orders. You can select a default report logo using your account preferences; however, you will have the opportunity to select any logo from the library when generating reports.

The maximum size for a logo is 250 x 250 pixels.

On the Task Menu, click Edit Preferences.
The Edit Preferences wizard opens.
- Click Manage Report Logos.
The Edit Preferences wizard proceeds to step 1. On the first panel, you will select an image from the library.
- Select a default logo for your report using one of the following methods:
- Click to select an image in your library.
- Click Browse, navigate to the desired image file, and click Open. Click Upload to upload the file.
You can select an existing logo from the library or upload a new image. Supported image formats include *.png or *.jpg file types. The size dimension for report logos is limited to 250 x 250 pixels.
An error message appears if the logo exceeds the size limit.
- Click Next.
A preview of the logo is displayed.
- Verify the default report logo.
At any time, you can click Back to modify the default report logo.
- Click Save Logo Preference.
- Click Next.
A confirmation message appears to let you know the preference is saved and provides additional workflows you can explore.

This option returns you to the start panel for the Edit Preferences wizard.
Additional Tasks
This option exits the Edit Preferences wizard and launches the Task Menu for additional options.
