Viewing the Data Manager

The Data Manager contains all saved study areas, point groups, annotations, and reports generated in all report orders.

Steps:
  1. On the Task Menu, click Open Data Manager.
    Open Data Manager option on the Task Menu

    The Data Manager dialog box opens. On the left panel is a library that contains all study areas, user points, reports, and annotations. By default the Study Areas folder is selected. All study areas for your account are displayed in tabular form.

  2. Click another folder in the Library tree view.

    The table updates to reflect contents in the selected folder.

Inside the Data Manager, you can create user defined folders, manage study areas, or manage user points.

At any time you can click Exit Manager Exit Data Manager button to close the Data Manager.
