Saving an image service in MapInfo

The ArcGIS Image Server MapInfo client application allows you to save an image service as an image service reference file (.ISRef). This .ISRef file can be used to save any changes you made to the service properties of the image service. To learn about changing image service properties, see Working with image services in MapInfo. You can use this .ISRef file in most client applications to reestablish the image service.

Steps:

1. Add an image service.
2. Click the Image Service Manager button on the ArcGIS Image Server toolbar to display the Image Service Manager dialog box.
3. Click Properties to display the Service Properties dialog box.
4. Click Save As.
5. Type a name for the .ISRef file on the Save As dialog box.
6. Click Save.
