The Data Reviewer service

After installing ArcGIS Data Reviewer, you can optionally set up the Data Reviewer service. This is a Windows service that allows you to validate data at a scheduled date and time or at regular intervals.

A postinstallation wizard will help you do the following to configure the Data Reviewer service:

• Choose the directory that will store the service configuration file, the log files, and the reviewer service job file. The job file contains references to batch jobs to run, as well as any scheduling information.
• Optionally, automatically start the Data Reviewer service controller.
