Remarks

An instance of this class can be composed of a FeatureSet (Feature Record Set) or a StandardLayer instance. The FeatureSet and StandardLayer properties are mutually exclusive. The FeatureSet allows a user to describe a custom area with the use of boundary coordinates. The StandardLayer allows a user to specify predefined standard geographies such as counties, ZIP codes, Census Tracts, etc.
