An instance of this class can be composed of a FeatureSet
(Feature Record Set) instance or a StandardLayer instance.
The featureSet and standardLayer properties are mutually exclusive.
The featureSet allows a user to describe a custom area with the use of
boundary coordinates. The standardLayer allows a user to specify predefined
standard geographies such as counties, ZIP codes, Census Tracts, etc.
