Introduction

The Feature Properties dialog box is used to view and edit shapefile and AXF feature attributes, symbology, associated photos, and feature coordinates. You can also view and edit related tables for AXF features. You can access the Feature Properties dialog box for a particular shapefile or AXF feature in read-only mode with the Identify tool or in read/write mode with the Feature Properties tool. The Feature Properties dialog box contains four tabs by default: Attributes, Picture, Symbology, and Geography. Additional tabs may include custom forms and related tables—if they exist.

The Feature Properties dialog box for graphics layer features is unique in that it only contains a single tab: Text/Style.
