Definition
ST_GeomCollFromWKB constructs a geometry collection from a well-known binary representation.
Syntax
sde.st_geomcollfromwkb (wkb bytea, srid integer)

Create a table, gcoll_test.
CREATE TABLE gcoll_test (pkey integer, shape sde.st_geomcollection );
Insert values into the table.

Select the geometry from the gcoll_test table.
