Creating Flex applications

An effective way to include mapping, geocoding, and geoprocessing functionality in your Web applications is to use the ArcGIS API for Flex. This API gives you access to services published with ArcGIS Server in applications that use the Adobe Flex framework. Like the JavaScript API, the Flex API works with the REST endpoints of the services.
