Resuming a local ArcSDE service on Windows

Use the Windows services menu to resume a local ArcSDE service.

When the service is paused, neither ArcSDE service nor direct connections can be made to the geodatabase until the service is resumed.

Steps:

1. Open the Administrative Tools.
2. Open the Services menu.
3. Right-click the ArcSDE service and click Restart on the shortcut menu.
