Parameters
- layer
- Type: ESRI.ArcGISExplorer.Mapping..::.Layer
The selected layer to move.
- index
- Type: System..::.Int32
The index value at which to place the selected layer.
Remarks
When a Layer object is added to the ChildItems collection of the map, the object is drawn on top of other layers in the map, at a draw index of 0.
